Return & Refund Policy

At Anchor 54, we specialize in high-quality marine electronics and parts. Due to the technical nature of these products, all returns are subject to strict guidelines to ensure quality and safety.

1. 10-Day Return Window

  • You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • After 10 days, all sales are considered final. No exceptions will be made.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Strictly Enforced) To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened: The factory seal must be intact.

  • Unused: The item must never have been installed, powered on, or mounted.

  • Original Packaging: Must include all original tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • No Returns on Opened Electronics: Once a box is opened, we cannot accept the return. This ensures no customer receives a unit that has been tampered with or shorted during a failed installation attempt.

3. Restocking Fees

  • All authorized returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. This fee is deducted from your refund total to cover administrative and processing costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items (48-Hour Rule)

  • Inspect Immediately: You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

  • Reporting: If your item arrives damaged or is the wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [burroubk@gmail.com] or (252) 413-9616.

  • Required Proof: Please include clear photos of the damage and the shipping box.

  • Failure to Report: Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted, as we cannot verify if damage occurred during shipping or after delivery.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact us at [burroubk@gmail.com] with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA.

  3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (minus the 20% restocking fee) within 5–7 business days.
